Your Complaints – Our Promise
- We always try to find a resolution to your complaint(s) within a timely matter, there are however cases that can be more complex than others and may require further attention with the involvement and interaction from third parties. In this instance, we will keep you informed of our movements within the investigation before providing an outcome within 21 days from receipt of the written complaint. If a complaint about any reason may require extra investigation and isn’t going as prompt as we set out to, we will ensure to communicate the need for more time with you and resolve the complaint within 45 days of the initial written complaint received and explain the reason for the delay.
- Whilst your complaint is being processed, we will provide you with regular updates to ensure you are aware of the status of your complaint.
